Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@upmanly.com.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that, in general, we only provide refunds for faulty or defective products, as required by applicable consumer protection laws. We are not obligated to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, so we encourage careful selection before ordering.

If your return is accepted, we will provide:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as shampoo, conditioner, and other external-use beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you currently have

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order separately


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
